Welcome to House of Spirits! Here, we offer cards, banners, watermarks, logos, dividers, and so much more!! Our working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM (Brasília Time). However, you can place your order or schedule your commission whenever it’s convenient for you.
Once your order has been started, please avoid disappearing without letting us know beforehand.
If you need to step away or can’t continue, please let us know, as orders may be cancelled without a refund if there is no communication. And please don’t forget to leave a review for our shop once your order is complete! Your support means a lot to us. We’re always here to help and bring your ideas to life!

   PAYMENT    100% payment is required upfront via Pix, PayPal, or Wise.
   REFUNDS    Refunds are only available before the order is started or if the seller is unable to complete it.
   COMMUNICATION    5 days without a response, spamming, or disrespectful behavior may result in the order being cancelled without a refund.
   PRODUCT USAGE    Copying, reposting, removing watermarks, or using our products with AI is strictly prohibited.
   CONTENT    We do not accept commissions involving gore, NSFW, or sensitive topics.
   PORTFOLIO    Completed works may be posted in our portfolio. Full exclusivity is available for an additional 30% fee.
   FEES    Bilingual carrds and carrds containing more than 50 elements are subject to an additional 50% fee.
   QUEUE    Delays in providing the necessary information may cause your order to lose its place in the queue. Pre-orders do not guarantee a spot.
   RIGHTS    None of our products may be copied, reposted, or used as inspiration while retaining any of the original identifying elements.
